All bullets are designed with a hollow point design, the so-called ‘Hollow Point’, and are produced using Sierra Matchking jackets, which withstand high velocities exceptionally well. No automatic press is used to produce these bullets. Instead, each bullet is handcrafted by Cauterucio using the finest carbon dies available worldwide. The Cauterucio company operates approximately 18 rockchucker presses that have been specifically modified for the manual production of individual bullets. Mr. Cauterucio himself is the only specialized worker who oversees the entire production process, essentially managing everything personally to ensure the highest possible quality of his bullets. He personally extrudes the lead wire to guarantee absolute uniformity in processing. All shooters need to do is load the finished bullets as they are and then fire them. This is one of Mr. Cauterucio’s fundamental recommendations, as he guarantees the perfection of each finished bullet, following and inspecting every single production phase from the very beginning. Bullets from the same lot must not be mixed in any way with bullets produced in other batches, whether prior or subsequent. This is because Cauterucio himself inspects each lot to ensure perfect uniformity of the bullets contained within it.
