The Power Adapter is a critically important tool for using the Neck Turner. It consists of an ergonomic sleeve and shell holder that are perfectly compatible and interchangeable. the shell holder must be purchased separately. The sleeve allows the shell turning operation to be carried out manually and in absolute precision. The Power Adapter combined with the correct shell holder, on the other hand, allows the case to be guided and rotated at will during the collar turning operation.
