KITE OPTICS TRIPOD ARDEA AL

The KITE OTPICS ARDEA AL aluminium tripod is a compact all-round professional tripod. It is an easy-to-use and inexpensive birdwatching tripod that is easy to travel with. Despite its small size and light weight of only 2.2 kilograms, the tubes are still large enough to provide very rigid support for heavy optical instruments.

The ARDEA AL can extend up to 160 cm, offering comfortable viewing even for very tall people. The twist locks are very strong, offer excellent grip and, compared to conventional tilt locks, are quicker to operate and do not get stuck behind branches or bushes in the field. They also allow the user to easily remove the legs for cleaning and maintenance.

A wide range of heads and other accessories can be easily added via the 1/4" and 3/8" connection on the top disc.
