    The Sinclair Meplat Trimmer is a hand-operated tool that quickly and accurately evens out bullets tips (Meplat) whether they are already inserted in the case or yet to be inserted. This tool includes a specific gauge 7mm, heat-treated steel cutter, aluminum frame, and a convenient hand crank.

    Additional housings for other calibers can be purchased separately and mounted on one body. We recommend cutting about .005" from the bullet tip which will be uniform and the ballistic coefficient (BC) reduced by about 2%. The Meplat Trimmer is easy to install and adjust to the desired trim.
