The compact design of the Ideal press reduces bench space, but this is no lightweight, flimsy press! The robust frame of the press is made of cast iron, while the other components are made of steel. The press has a composite linkage for optimum leverage, a 1" diameter piston and a 3 7/8" press opening that can handle all pistol calibre and rifle cartridges with a loading length of up to 3,700". The press features a central ball handle for comfortable, ambidextrous use. The Ideal press accepts all 7/8x14 threaded dies and standard shell holders. The press guarantees precision and accuracy for both beginners and experts and is the perfect auxiliary press for those who wish to perform a specific operation separate from the main press.
