The 4K digital sensor allows operation in a 4-32x magnification range without loss of image quality. This model is ideal for small game hunting and accurate shots from long distances during the day. The digital daytime channel sharply reproduces objects from a distance of 10 meters and beyond. Using Thermion Duo DXP as a daytime riflescope is always easy and convenient, as the lens does not require focusing. At any time a hunter can save an image, change the pattern and color of the reticle, or connect the scope with a smartphone.
The high-sensitivity, European-built sensor with a NETD value < 25 mK is capable of detecting minimal temperature differences during observations in situations of low temperature contrast, as well as in rain or fog. The 640x480-pixel resolution ensures reliability in target identification, high-quality visualization of important anatomical features of an animal, and the smallest details of the surrounding environment. The large sensor size of Thermion Duo DXP translates into a wide field of view for easy and informative observation of both static and dynamic scenes.

Thermion Duo implements modern algorithms to achieve an unprecedented level of image clarity, contrast and detail. The thermal channel, exploiting a wide range of semitones, can reproduce complex scenes with the presence of low-contrast objects and uniform heat signatures, such as the sky, grass, or water surface. An image homogeneity filter and brightness and contrast settings are guaranteed to be comfortable for long observations.
Thermion Duo has four observation modes. The thermal mode is designed for night conditions and as an alternative in difficult daytime conditions; fog, dense clouds, rain, front or side sunlight, tall grass, bushes and trees in the visual path affect the ability to detect an animal, observe it easily and determine its characteristics with certainty. Thermion Duo's "Picture-in-Picture" function allows images from both optical channels to be shown simultaneously, prioritizing the thermal or digital image.
With high-quality optics with long focal lengths and an extremely sensitive sensor, Thermion Duo DXP's viewfinder can boast an extraordinary viewing distance; an object 180 cm tall is detected at a distance of 1800 m in total darkness.
