All bullets are manufactured according to ideal specifications, with a focus on achieving an ever-more perfect twist rate. The twist rate refers to the rotational ratio of the material comprising the bullet itself. Consequently, producing bullets with an ideal twist rate imparts a gyroscopic stability (Sg) of 1.5 to the projectile. This guarantees the bullet's perfect linearity and straight-line direction, ensured by its design and manufacturing technology.
The Sg coefficient is calculated at sea level under standard environmental conditions, with an exit velocity from the barrel of 3291.84 km/h (3000 FPS). For a simple and concrete comparison, all bullets with a twist rate between 1.4 and 1.9 are assured of high-precision shooting. In contrast, for twist rates greater or lesser, given the same velocity, the potential precision of the bullet is no longer guaranteed.
To provide a comparison with commercial bullets, tests conducted under identical conditions reveal their twist rate falls between 0.015 and 0.020, meaning precision is no longer guaranteed. Lastly, all bullets feature a "TANGENT" configuration with a nominal diameter defined by the die used for production.
