This article is an unfinished barrel, consequently unable to fire, made with a steel core and carbon fibre outer casing. Also known as a blank, it has no threads, chamber or serial number. These characteristics make it a NON-PART OF WEAPON and therefore PURCHASABLE WITHOUT A LICENCE.

In order to be mounted, it requires machining by licensed builders.
