Folding stocks are often found in military weapons, as a folding stock makes the weapon more compact for storage and transport. More and more tactical rifles are equipped with a folding stock. Until now, it has been very difficult to find a dedicated bag for rifles with a folding stock. The Aim Field® folding stock bags have been developed in collaboration with leading rifle manufacturers to offer a unique and safe way to carry a rifle reconfigured with a wider stock.

The FSX42 is designed for stocks that fold to the left side of the rifle. This bag can hold a rifle up to a maximum folded length of 40½ inches (103 centimetres). To make it 100% waterproof, we recommend combining it with a small rain cover.

Key features:

- The flared, deep rifle stock pocket is fully adjustable to fit the folded stock inside the bag.

- Additional reinforced support under the stock pocket provides additional security for the rifle.

- Four fully adjustable weapon straps can be positioned and tightened as desired to secure the barrel in place.

- An integrated cleaning barrel sleeve runs along the back of this bag.

- A padded edge runs along the inside of the zip to ensure that the rifle and scope are protected when the zip is opened/closed. The large rifle compartment has a zip that opens on three sides for greater access.

- The bag is as compact as an AIM 40 when empty.

- All zips are fitted with flaps to protect against the ingress of rain.

- On the outside, two compression straps at the bottom of the bag allow the folded stock to be further secured.

- Two large outside pockets with elastic straps on the inside to hold accessories in place.

- Additional webbing loops on the pockets for attaching other accessories.

The bag can be carried in three ways that offer greater flexibility of use:

- as a rucksack. Padded waist and sternum straps for greater stability on the move. Sturdy metal snap hooks on the shoulder straps offer additional strength to the bag. The straps can be neatly stored in a zipped compartment when not in use.

- as a grab bag. A webbing handle is positioned in the middle of the bag and offers a well-balanced option for moving it horizontally.

- via the webbing handle on the back of the bag (above the backpack strap compartment). The bag can be dragged along the ground in classic drag bag mode. Alternatively, you can hold the bag firmly upright to move it along narrow aisles.

- Made of 1000 denier Cordura® - this robust, water-resistant material has high abrasion and tear resistance.

- Extra thick closed-cell padding to protect the rifle.

- Heavy-duty metal snap hooks and carabiners on backpack straps.

- High-quality zips and clips all around.
