LEM Electromagnetic Needle Case Washer DELUXE.
The electronic circuit board in this model of case washer reads the load's inertia and increases the minimum rotation speed, accelerating the speed of the magnets with small pulses.
The wash cycles are variable to intensify the mixing of the cases and speed up cleaning. It turns off and on randomly every 3 seconds.
The unique "blade"-shaped arrangement of the neodymium magnets and the offset between their rotation center and the position of the tank (which can also be adjusted manually) generates a "shaking" of the cases, facilitating cleaning. Furthermore, the arrangement of the magnets has been designed to accommodate multiple types of tanks of various shapes and sizes, including the classic bucket... (obviously without leaving the area delimited by the container support plate).
The originality of these features, unique in this type of product, has led to a patent application.
The cases are pre-prepared for washing without the primer cap, then poured into the tank along with ferromagnetic stainless steel needles and water with dishwashing liquid or a common soap-based detergent.
After starting the motor and adjusting the rotation speed, the needles are drawn into the liquid and perform a highly effective mechanical cleaning action on the cases.
After washing and drying, they are immediately ready for reloading.

N.B. The microneedle collector is an optional accessory to the standard equipment of the bone washer.
