LEM Electromagnetic Needle Case Washer PLUS.

The cases are pre-prepared for washing without primer caps, then poured into the tank along with ferromagnetic stainless steel needles and water with dishwashing liquid or common soap-based detergents.

Once the motor is started, the needles are drawn into the liquid and perform a highly effective mechanical cleaning action on the cases.

The unique "blade"-shaped arrangement of the neodymium magnets and the offset between their rotation center and the tank position (which can also be adjusted manually) generates a "shaking" of the cases, facilitating cleaning. Furthermore, the magnet arrangement has been designed to accommodate multiple types of tanks of various shapes and sizes, including the classic bucket... (obviously without leaving the area delimited by the container support plate). The originality of these features, unique in this type of product, has led to a patent application.

Once the washing and drying are complete, they are ready for recharging.

The L.E.M. machine is supplied with the following components:

1 Complete washing machine with a powder-coated steel structure (green)

1 Cylindrical plastic tank

1 Airtight lid for the tank

1 Bag of microneedles

1 Power cord with illuminated switch and built-in fuse

1 Instructions for use (PDF document downloadable online) and general warnings.

N.B. The microneedle collector is an optional accessory to the standard equipment of the bone washing machine.
