Mounting bracket and riser for Harrell's Precision measureers. It is made of aircraft-grade aluminum and then black anodized. It allows you to attach your measure to any bench thanks to the ability to adjust the size for the thickness of the support surface. The support board where the measure is actually attached is also adjustable so that it can be set at the most convenient height for loading powder into the cartridge case.
It does not require any clamp for attachment to the platen since the screw with knob performs the same function but with a greatly reduced footprint.
