Manufactured with the intention of creating a battery-powered scale that is compatible with centimetre systems, but at the same time maintains compact dimensions, the Hornady G3 can support maximum weighings of 1500 grains. The high quality load cell itself ensures both weighing accuracy down to 1/10th of a grain and consistent readings down to 500 grains. This makes it easier to weigh powder, bullets, cartridges and more. The large LCD display is easy to read, while the initial set-up is made simple and intuitive by the small number of buttons; a 10g weight is included to help with calibration, which is also clear and uncomplicated. It is powered by 2 AAA batteries (not included in the package) and the transparent plastic cover provides additional protection for the weighing system.
