RCBS FULL-LENGTH SIZER X-DIE CAL. 222 REMINGTON

The X-Sizer Die is a uniquely designed full length sizing die for bottle neck rifle cases. This nut not only scales the full length case, it also limits the growth of the case. This eliminates the need for repeated trimming after an initial trimming has been done to standardize the case. This nut is not intended to shorten the length of the case, indeed, as the case grows, the spindle will reduce the normal growth rate. This is the result of the mouth of the incoming case in contact with the spindle stop when resizing. Cases repeatedly sized in the X-Sizer mold it will initially grow a few thousandths of an inch, then stabilize below the maximum case length. Using the X-Sizer die eliminates the need to trim after each shot. X-Sizer dies can be used for full length sizing with or without the characteristic X. Partial sizing of the package can be done but only without the X feature.
