K&M is proud to present an improvement to a long-standing excellent tool for beveling the opening of the muzzle, with the inclusion of a newly designed handle that provides a better depth of stop and an absolutely necessary adjustment screw for precise control of the depth of cut. At the same time, the same large selection of cutting edges built into the tool has been retained, which always uses a 4-degree-per-side configurator taper that produces the best bevel of the case mouth for ball insertion. The bevel is so precise that it satisfies even the most demanding competitive benchrest shooter and sportsman. The Small (small caliber) tool uses a cutter composed of 3 fins to bevel the case from .17 caliber to 6mm caliber. The Large (large caliber) tool, on the other hand, uses a six-finned cutter to bevel casing from 6mm caliber to .338 caliber. The great advantage of the new handle is that it is specially designed to be compatible with the existing Tapered Reamer Cutter. If you already have a Tapered Reamer Cutter with the old handle, you can upgrade the tool to the new design by going only to buy the new handle assembly package and simply move your cutter from the old to the new handle. Such a tool makes it possible to simplify and make very precise one of the most critical operations in assembling a cartridge. That is, the careful preparation of the cartridge case opening where the ball must then slowly enter.
