BACK OFFICE COMMERCIAL

To strengthen our staff, we are looking for a resource to support the commercial back office. Fluent knowledge of both spoken and written English is essential (level B2/C1). The ideal resource is a motivated, well-organized, precise person, able to manage stress and has high teamworking skills.

MACRO TASKS:

  1. Customer sales assistance via email/phone.
  2. Customer development.
  3. Order collection and management.
  4. E-commerce order management.
  5. Management of export practices.
  6. Translation / creation of texts in foreign languages.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  1. Spoken and written English (B2/C1).
  2. Good PC skills.
  3. Empathy and predisposition to sales.
  4. Motivation for growth and passion.
  5. Proactive attitude.
  6. Flexibility.

WORKING HOURS AND METHODS:

FULL TIME from Monday to Friday from 08:30-12:30 / 14:30-18:30.

Initial classification: Initial fixed-term contract is offered, with subsequent possibility of placement in the company.
