SEB REST NEO X

NEO-X is designed for those seeking the best front rest for precision shooting. It combines the winning features of previous models: the rapid height adjustment of the NEO, the lightweight and compact design of the MINI-X, the extra-wide base of the MAX, and several innovative new features.

This model stands apart from the standard NEO. Most components are new and incompatible with previous models (NEO/MINI/MAX). Only the top, bag, stopper, and joystick from the NEO-X are usable on NEO/MINI/MAX.

The rest is shipped in compact mode, with folded legs. The leveling screws can be quickly removed and reinstalled using a removable insert.

In compact mode, it measures 6” thick, 14” wide, and 10.5” tall, with a carrying handle on top. When the legs are fully open, the base has an extra-wide footprint of 16.5” from side to side and 14.5” from front to back (CTC = center to center of leveling screws).

The NEO-X weighs approximately 8.4 kg (18.5 lbs), complete with joystick, handle, and driver.

The front bag is shipped empty and needs to be filled with sand. The type of sand may vary by location; use what works best for you.

Cautions

• Note: Before use, rotate the joystick 2-3 times and move it in rapid circles to release initial friction in the bearings.

Features

• The top can rotate 360 degrees, accept a fore end up to 6 inches wide, and can be locked quickly and securely from either side.
• The new front bags are quick-change and easier to install, without the need for screws or tools.
• Folding and self-locking legs for compact storage. There is an innovative "insert nut" (#9) that allows for quick and secure removal and installation of the leveling screws.
• The following configuration has the elevation knob on the left side and a single leg in the front toward the target, suitable for right-handed users.
• The NEO-X features a new and more refined internal mechanism that provides an extra smooth joystick action. Tension adjustment is also simpler.
• Wider joystick travel. It will also cover air rifle and rimfire targets.
• The lowest setting is 5.3 inches, and the highest setting can exceed 12 inches. Measured from the bottom of the base to the top of the front bag where the stock slides.
• Equipped with a carrying handle on top. The joystick and driver are attached to the carrying handle (with a pair of clip-on Delrin) for more organized storage. This also reduces the risk of losing or forgetting to bring both handles. It is also safer to transport the rest as the tips of the leveling screws point toward the ground. When rotated toward the shooter's side (either side), it can be used as a cartridge holder, tablet holder, or spotting scope holder, with a small modification or extension.
• A hex-tip screwdriver allows the user to rotate the handwheel and raise or lower the top from a distance, enabling quick elevation adjustments without reaching for the front rest.
• The rest can be reversed, with a leg facing forward toward the target or to the side of the shooter.
• The joystick can be used in normal mode (up to raise, etc.) or in reverse mode (up to lower, etc.).
• The NEO-X is available in Raw (mill/polish finish), All Black, All Blue, All Red, or a combination of Blue-Black, Red-Black, and Orange Gold-Black. Some components remain in raw/polish finish.
• Small bubble levels are added to the top/side plates, with a circular bubble level positioned at the center of the base. These bubble levels only act as an "aid" for leveling the base/rest. Sand in the front bag may shift during firing, and the bubble level on the rifle/scope may not match the bubble levels on the rest. Please trust the bubble level on your rifle/scope instead of those on the rest.
